our approach: designed and delivered an annual and global leadership capability programme rolled out simultaneously in South America, Europe and Asia.

my role: deliver the leadership capability programme in Europe to the high potentials and the board sponsors

results: re-energised 45 young executives, connecting them to the new business leaders, improving their consulting skills and increasing their ability to 'navigate' a functionally-complex business.
