Working with you to enhance your career satisfaction, whether it be developing a new direction, building on your current experience or improving your performance within an existing role. We will tailor an approach that meets your own individual needs, and facilitate this to help you meet your personal objectives. It is likely that we will invest time building your own levels of self-awareness. Typically this takes between three and six 90-minute sessions.

I am a trained career counsellor with Career Counselling Services Ltd. Between 1997-2003 I was a Senior Consultant with the HayGroup, a leading international human resources consultancy. Here I worked with leaders across many FTSE 100 businesses, including Unilever, Sainsbury's and Philips Electronics. My work involved helping them to improve their current performance, choose new roles and build their career prospects.

I have an MBA from EAP, European School of Management, Paris.
